Shipping

Shipping questions

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum order required and no surprise fees at checkout.
Orders typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days. This includes 1–2 business days for processing plus 6–10 business days for transit. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same day.
We ship with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package is handled safely and delivered on time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at https://outfitlo.com/apps/parcelpanel.
Currently, we ship within the United States only. There are no additional customs duties or taxes — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes during peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), extreme weather conditions, or an incorrect shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, contact us at support@outfitlo.com.
Please contact us at support@outfitlo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We'll make it right quickly.
Returns & Refunds

Returns & refund questions

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. There are no restocking fees.
Contact our support team at support@outfitlo.com or call +1 (929) 570-3863 with the following:

1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you want to return
3. Reason for the return
4. Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Defective or incorrect items: We cover 100% of return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 14 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's complete.
We're sorry about that! Email support@outfitlo.com immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Email support@outfitlo.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
