Refund policy

At Outfitlo, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we make returning items easy and worry-free.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • No restocking fees will be charged.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Veonira LLC (the operator of Outfitlo) will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
  • Customer Remorse: For "change of mind" or personal preference returns, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@outfitlo.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@outfitlo.com with your order number. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
